Welcome

Thank you for your interest in employment opportunities here at Stoke Park School. Stoke Park is a large, popular, inner-city multi-cultural 11-18 school in Coventry with over 1000 students on roll. We are a values-led school that has a strong sense of purpose in delivering an inclusive education for students in our community.

At Stoke Park School we are passionately committed to the achievement of every individual and aim to provide a high-quality education in a safe, happy, caring and disciplined environment.

We believe that all students can succeed given appropriate self-belief, challenge and support, and whilst we guide and nurture students both academically and pastorally we encourage them to take responsibility for their own learning and personal development.

We insist on high standards and equip students with life skills to support them in their learning journey. Our priority is simple, to provide an excellent education for all.

Stoke Park, as a school in The Futures Trust and member of the President Kennedy School Teaching School Alliance, has strong partnerships with other secondary schools in Coventry, Birmingham and Warwickshire, which facilitate collaboration, the sharing of best practice and support including leadership programmes, middle leader programmes and network meetings.

The Trust recognises that people's needs will change throughout their working lives and is committed to developing and delivering working practices and policies that are responsive to this. In addition to opportunities for CPDL the Trust offers attractive reward and benefits packages including competitive rates of pay, access to the Teachers’ Pension Scheme, childcare vouchers, online discount at retail, travel, theme park and other leisure providers, policies to support family and carer commitments, Occupational Health services and career pathways across the Trust.

If you feel you have what it takes to be successful in the role please complete the accompanying application form and tell us all about the knowledge, skills, experience and potential that you can bring. We look forward to receiving your application.

I hope to have the opportunity to meet you in the future.

Mr Peter Thomas
