This is an exciting time to be joining us, as a leading housing and care & support provider in the region we are about to embark on an ambitious transformation programme which will change the way we deliver services to our customers. The digital and ICT offering will be at the centre of this change and we will be investing heavily in infrastructure, systems and staff.

emh group’s current ICT is predominately an on-premise infrastructure delivering applications and SaaS solutions to 1100 users. The VMware virtual infrastructure hosts 80 live MS windows server, which includes Citrix XenApp servers to deliver core applications to end-users; the Cisco VOIP telephony solutions is deployed across 40 sites and the Enghouse contact solution supports 100 agents.

As part of the transformation programme we have started to implement a new MPLS SD-WAN, MS 365 to utilise Office 365, Windows 10, MS enhance security features, and are also upgrading our MS Windows server environment and applications, refreshing our Zerto DRaaS and Veeam BaaS environments to continue to support our current business applications and to enable us to change the way we access and deliver services.

To deliver our extensive programme and investment in ICT we are expanding the ICT team and we are looking for people who can help us on the journey and contribute to the ongoing success of the Group.
